Aspen & Vail House of Bounce Policy

Rental Agreement/Safety Rules/Operating Instructions

Upon making your reservation, you will receive an email with an attachment containing a copy of our "Rental Agreement, Release & Liability" and  "Safety Agreement & Operating Instructions".

Please read over these documents and feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any questions.  You may scan and email back these forms, send by mail or on the day of your event, we will have copies and will need your signiture (or a representitive of your event) at that time.

At the end of setting up the inflatable, you or a representitive of your event, will be given verbal safety rules and guidelines. If in the event you are not present, we will ring you and go over safety rules and guidelines.  This is an opportunity to ask us any questions or concerns you have regarding inflatables.  We want you to have a fun and safe experience!

Weather Policy

In our mountain region, it is not uncommon to experience four seasons in a day!  We understand weather!!!

There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event cancelled due to rain, snow or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before we leave our business site.   We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain, snow or high winds Aspen & Vail House of Bounce reserves the right to decline service.

Upon setting up, we will leave a tarp for you, due to diverse weather patterns in our mountain regions.  We ask you deflate and cover the bounce house, detach blowers (you will be given instruction), and store any extra equipement (Jousting Stix, helmets, etc) in a dry area. Once rain or wind has stopped, you may re-attatch blowers and continue your event.  If the inflatable is wet, wipe out with towels!

Payment Policy

* We accept personal and company checks, Venmo and cash.  Please let us know, prior to payment if you require any special documents for schools, religious organizations, etc.

Payment is due before or at the day of your event.  Please let us know if your company has policy's that may effect timely payments.

Yard Requirements

The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways or streets (for block parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sandbags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable.

Requirements for Securing Inflatables

Aspen & Vail House of Bounce uses sandbags and/or industrial tent stakes.  Stakes range from 18 in. to 5 ft. and are securely pounded in the ground for extra security.   We also use sandbags which range from 40 lbs. to 50 lbs. per sandbag.  We will always ask about your irrigation pattern.  Aspen & Vail House of Bounce is not responsible for any damage to irrigation pipes or any other unforeseen pipes that lay underground.

Aspen & Vail House of Bounce will do everything possible to ensure the security of our inflatables!  It is up to you, the lessee, to ensure the inflatables are supervised at all times!    Aspen & Vail House of Bounce recommends Aspen Babysitting Company, for inflatable supervision, found in our product section.

Electrical Requirements

We require a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker (standard household outlet) to run 2 blowers that keeps the inflatable inflated.  If you are aware your electricity has trouble powering more than one device or you will be adding other devices; such as music systems, popcorn machines, etc, we strongly recommend renting an industrial generator (see rental products).
